Dr. Lyman Atchley, DC
A third generation native New Mexican, Dr. Lyman graduated from Valley High School here in Albuquerque and went on to Palmer College of Chiropractic. He opened this practice in 1967 and still sees patients full time. Some of them have been coming to him for decades, and their children and grandchildren come too.
Dr. Derek Atchley, DC
Dr. Derek graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic and joined his father in 2005. He leads the spinal decompression and recovery side of the practice, from the SpineMed table to the hyperbaric chamber, and cares for patients ranging from working professionals to championship athletes.

Chiropractic care has been the foundation since day one. Spinal decompression came with Dr. Derek, and the recovery suite grew from there: hyperbaric oxygen, red light, PEMF, lymphatic compression, and sauna. Different tools, same approach.
