Who this is for

Whether you are recovering or building.

Performance and healthy aging

You train, you eat well, you invest in your health. This is the recovery side of that work, with a doctor deciding what you use, how often, and to what end.

Chronic inflammation

Long-running conditions wear people down over years. The doctor builds a protocol around where you are, working alongside the medical care you already receive, never in place of it.

Recovery after an injury or accident

Much of the work in this room today is with patients recovering after car accidents. Recovery care runs alongside chiropractic and decompression care, under the same roof.

What is in the room

One plan, built around you.

Every protocol starts with the doctor deciding which of these you actually need, in what order, and how often. Here is what each one does for you.

01 · Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber

More oxygen where your body is doing its repair work.

Under gentle pressure, your blood carries more oxygen than it normally can, and that oxygen reaches the tissue that is healing. Patients use it to come back from injuries and accidents, to push through a long recovery, and to keep energy up while the rest of their care does its work.

A session is quiet and passive. Most people read or sleep through it.

02 · MedWave Red Light

Light your recovery can use.

A full-body panel, used to support tissue recovery and take the edge off soreness. Patients use it after hard training, during injury recovery, and as a standing part of a longer protocol. Sessions are short and warm, and they stack easily with everything else in the room.

03 · PEMF

Recovery that keeps working between visits.

Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, used to support tissue recovery after an adjustment or a decompression session. The visit does its work on the table. PEMF helps your body hold onto it.

04 · Lymphatic Compression

Leave lighter than you came in.

A three-quarter-body compression system that moves fluid the way a long walk or a good massage would, in a fraction of the time. Patients use it to recover after heavy training, to bring swelling down during a recovery course, and because it plainly feels good.

05 · Infrared Sauna

Heat that works while you rest.

Infrared warms the body directly rather than the air around it, and it is used here for circulation and recovery. For most patients it is the last stop of a protocol visit, usually paired with the chamber or the compression system.

06 · Class IV Laser

For the spot that will not calm down.

Focused light therapy for painful tissue, joints, and stubborn injuries. It sits closest to the chiropractic side of the practice: when one specific place keeps flaring, this is often what the doctor reaches for as part of your treatment plan.

Start with a conversation.

Pick the consult that fits, and choose a time that works for you.

Spinal Decompression

For disc pain, sciatica, or chronic back and neck pain. Answer a few questions and find out if you are a candidate.

Chiropractic Consult

For new patients. An evaluation with the doctor to go through what is going on and what he recommends.

Wellness & Recovery Consult

For recovery, energy, and healthy aging. The doctor builds the protocol around your goals.
